Metal heating belt

The 2500W metal heating belt allows the heating of viscous products in barrels such as wax, grease, ointment, gelatin, organic acids, bitumen, tar, etc.

Robust, Lightweight, easy to install, this belt with a large heating surface avoids any carbonization of the product (load ≤ 1 W / cm2).

To be placed on the smooth and non-fluted parts at the bottom. The tightening is ensured by a device adjustable to the diameter of the barrel.

Flexible heating belts

The flexible heating belts, with a power of 300 to 1500 W, consist of an electrical resistance embedded in a silicone panel.

The flexible IP43 heating belts are equipped with an adjustable thermostat 0/120 °C, a 2 m power cable, 230V voltage and hooks and springs for easy and quick installation and removal.
